BungeeFit

Experience the closest thing to flying! Bungee Fitness is a high intensity, low impact workout that uses a specialised bungee harness to provide resistance and support. It’s the perfect mix of cardio, strength training, and pure, unadulterated play.

Whether you're looking to protect your joints or you’re just tired of the same old gym routine, Bungee Fitness lets you push your limits without the "jarring" impact of traditional exercise.

Aerial Hoop

Step inside the circle and discover the grace and power of Aerial Hoop, also known as Lyra. This class uses a suspended steel ring to teach you how to spin, pose, and flow through the air. It’s a stunning blend of gymnastics, circus arts, and strength training that turns your workout into a performance.

Whether you want to build a "back of steel" or simply want to feel like a Cirque performer for an hour, the hoop is the perfect place to start your aerial journey.

Kids Aerial

Give your child the chance to run away with the circus for an hour, at least! Our Kids Aerial class is the ultimate playground for building confidence, strength, and coordination. Instead of sticking to just one apparatus, students get to explore the magic of the Hoop (Lyra), Silks, Hammock, and Trapeze.

This class is designed to turn "I can't" into "Look at me!" through a mix of structured skill-building and creative play.

Pole Flow

If Pole Fitness is the "sport," then Pole Flow is the "soul." This class shifts the focus from vertical tricks and strength feats to the seamless transitions, floorwork, and dance that happen around and on the pole. It’s about finding your personal style and learning how to move with intention, grace, and a bit of attitude.

Whether you want to feel more fluid in your freestyle or simply want a low impact way to get a great cardio burn, Pole Flow is where the magic happens.

Aerial Hammock

Discover the perfect balance of support and challenge with Aerial Hammock. Unlike traditional silks where you manage two separate tails of fabric, the hammock (or "sling") is a continuous loop of soft, high strength fabric suspended from the ceiling.

This class is widely loved for its versatility it can be a high intensity workout one moment and a restorative sanctuary the next. Whether you want to gain core strength or simply experience the bliss of a mid air cocoon, the hammock is your gateway to the aerial arts.

Aerial Playground

Welcome to the Aerial Playground, the most versatile class on our schedule! If you’re the type of person who can’t choose just one way to fly, this is your sanctuary. This class is a "buffet" of aerial arts, offering students the chance to cross train on a massive variety of apparatuses in a single session.

From the flowing silks to the unique shapes of the aerial moon, this class is designed to keep your body guessing and your creativity soaring.

Chair Flow

Who knew a simple chair could be the ultimate dance partner? Chair Flow takes an everyday object and turns it into a tool for strength, balance, and sultry movement. This class isn't about sitting still it’s about using the chair to support your weight, frame your lines, and add a theatrical flair to your dance.
